We are currently recruiting an experienced Sous Chef for a busy 4* Hotel in Co Meath. Successful candidate will have 3-4 years 4/5* Hotel, Sous Chef experience, or similar experience in busy 4* Hotel with extensive private Dining, acclaimed Restaurant and high end Banqueting. Ideal applicant will have managed in a similar business environment and ideally in a high end Resort or Leisure Hotel with excellent reputation for its Food and Restaurant business. This is a high profile property, enjoys a great location and offers wonderful guest facilities service. The Sous Chef is responsible for running the daily Kitchen Operation, for ensuring proper service procedures and policies are in place, all teammembers operate to exacting standards and guests benefit from superior attention and service delivery.

You are responsible for Food production and service in main Restaurants, banqueting, Hotel bars and Residents Lounge. Interviews will take place soon and successful applicants will be contacted.
