Leinster based with ability to cover a Nationwide territory
Experienced Nurse Advisor required to join a dynamic and enthusiastic team in a busy and challenging role training and supporting carers and patients.
Qualifications: Candidate must be RGN qualified
and previous experience working with Central Lines is essential. This is a busy and demanding role that requires a degree of flexibility to cover a broad catchment area of patients.
A role that will bring excellent job satisfaction for the right candidate -
Responsibilites include
Assessment, planning and implemention of the nursing requirements of high tech patients to secure safe patient discharge into the community.
Identify patient and carers training needs and undertake appropriate and suitable training to ensure safe administration of therapy.
Liaise with hospital personnel to facilitate discharge and to maintain ongoing patient service.
Salary Negotiable on experience €40-45K + package.
