I am currently recruiting for a Team Administrator for a very successful global company within Financial Services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role ideally within Financial ServiceThis is a permanent position with a salary of 25-30k depending on experience

Responsibilities:
  • General administrative support
  • Handling reporting, filing etc on behalf of the team
  • Dealing promptly and efficiently with client queries
  • Preparation of presentations and documentation
  • Completion of minutes of meetings
  • Managing and updating the customer relationship management system
  • Working alongside the team on any projects as required


Requirements:
  • 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • A flexible, positive attitude towards work
  • Ability to prioritise and work off own initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • An ability to work effectively as part of a team;
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
