Job description/Overview
This person will be required to lead Operations for Apple’s real estate and facilities (RE&F) group across the Cork campus and other satellite locations.
Responsibilities
• Establish & execute strategic/operational plans for RE&F activities across the Cork campus including, business partnering, Facilities Management, Project Management, EH&S & Security.
• Support transaction management as required
• Act as local RE&D management representative with Cork management and the steering committee.
• Facilities Management - providing best practice/budget control/risk management & innovative changes
• Project Management & Delivery focusing on meeting key time and budgetary restraints whilst focusing on quality
• Managing compliance and risk for EH&S
• Workforce Planning - Effectively managing supply/demand dynamics
• Manage key relationships with Country Leadership team(s) across all Lines of Business
• Work closely with RE&D Management and support functions as required

Experience & Academic Requirements
• 15+ years in Corporate Real Estate (preferred)
• Multinational company exposure
• Day to day operational & strategic experience in a similar role
• Proven success with dealing with customers and exhibit strong customer relation skills
• Experience in contract management and measurement of KPI’s & SLA’s
• Strong commercial understanding combined with P&L and budgetary responsibility
• Good understanding of statutory/regulatory legislation
• Strong adherence to company procedures and policies to ensure compliance across multi-sites
• Delivery of performance reports to Senior Management
• 3rd Level education in related field, business/engineering/architecture
