We are currently recruiting an experienced Head Chef for a busy 4* Hotel in Co Carlow. Successful candidate will have 3-4 years 4* Hotel, Head Chef experience. Ideal applicant will have managed in a similar business environment and ideally in a busy Leisure and business Hotel with excellent reputation for its Food and Restaurant business. This is a high profile property, enjoys a great location and is highly regarded for its service and food product. The Head Chef is responsible for running the daily Kitchen Operation, for ensuring proper service procedures and policies are in place, all teammembers operate to exacting standards and guests benefit from superior attention and service delivery.

You are responsible for Food production and service in main Restaurants, Busy Banqueting department, Hotel bars and Residents Lounge.
