Head of Marketing (Mobile) – loads of Autonomy in this role reporting to the MD of the group; you will work within a multinational company reporting to the GM – you will work to develop and execute on a business plan in order to meet company targets for customer acquisition, retention, satisfaction, growth and profitability. You will develop and implement plans to drive strategic direction, work with traditional above the line media channels including print, radio, outdoor, TV, PR and on-line as well as below the line through PR and CRM; be responsible for the development, implementation and management of the mobile portfolio of propositions, products and services; support the acquisition and retention of customers through differentiated innovative propositions; lead a team of 1 and hire one other resource.

To get this role you will have a degree in marketing or technical and have more than 8 year commercial experience, currently be a strong marketing leader with more than 5 years experience in the mobile market with a successful track record of proposition development and delivery within the mobile market in Ireland. You will be commercially aware with strong analytical ability to optimise the relationship between the customer and commercial requirements of the company; be comfortable with tight deadlines and the tight management of budgets; ability to operate at a strategic level but also to manage a "hands on" delivery programme with tight timescales; have excellent stake holder management skills; be able to manage partners and vendors exceptionally well, have strong presentation and negotiation skills that will influence at all levels and have a comprehensive understanding of the mobile market (Bill Pay and Pay as you Go) with a particular emphasis on the drivers of customer loyalty, revenue (ARPU) and acquisition.
