Hartley People are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Administrator for a busy manufacturing company based in Dublin.
Remuneration: €28k Negotiable depending on experience

The Person:
- Excellent general PC/IT skills
- Experience in project management in a manufacturing or engineering company in an administration / customer service role
- Spoken and written English of an excellent standard
- Ability to learn, take instruction, communicate feedback, ability to operate and communicate in a structured manner
- Ability to understand and appreciate the technical attributes required of the position
- Persuasive
- Delegate responsibilities effectively
The Role:
- Overseeing all office admin duties to include quotation generation, Tool matrix reports, project scopes, flights, car hire etc. Ensuring the above is completed in a timely manner and meets our customer’s expectations
- Ensure all site visit reports are reviewed and action items allocated to a person or department
- Liaising with external sales personnel
- Control and allocation of all internal and external communications from sales people. Eg allocation of tasks coming from sales or commissioning reports
- Arranging of the site audits, commissioning for customers
- Liaise with customers as required
- Log sales team activity up to five weeks in advance, ensuing improved organisation and planning and reducing travel costs
- To facilitate and input and management of new CRM system in PPC customer service department
